Narcolepsy Symptoms: 

1) Cataplexy - loss of muscle control
2) Hypnagogic -  hallucinations upon falling asleep
3) Hypnapompic - hallucinations upon waking up
4) Sleep paralysis - unable to move despite being awake

Types of Sleep Apnea:

1) Central sleep apnea - brain fails to send signals
2) Obstructive sleep anea - physical blockage
